25kg Squat Bar for all lifters

20kg Texas Deadlift Bar

Best Open Raw Male and Female Lifters will receive a Free Entry to the 2024 WRPF National Championships for both Drug Tested and Non-Tested Lifters.

2024 WRPF National Championships Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for the National Championships, competitors must achieve the following DOTS scores at Regionals and must compete in the full-power event (any age group or equipment category is acceptable):

Preliminary Registration starting 1/1/2024

If your current DOTs exceeds the listed requirement below (by age group ) you may register for Nationals today without competing at a Regionals meet!

• OPEN and JUNIORS 20-23: 425 DT/450 NT
• JUNIORS 18-19: 370 DOTS (DT/NT)
• JUNIORS 16-17: 335 DOTS (DT/NT)
• JUNIORS 13-15: 295 DOTS (DT/NT)
• MASTERS 40-49: 365 DOTS (DT/NT)
• MASTERS 50-59: 340 DOTS (DT/NT)
• MASTERS 60+: 305 DOTS (DT/NT)

Regional Qualifying Registration starting 2/1/2024

 DOTs scores not eligible to bypass Regionals must exceed the listed scores below by Age Group in order to register for Nationals. This phase of registration goes live February 1st, 2024

• OPEN AND JUNIORS 20-23: 335 DT/360 NT
• JUNIORS 18-19: 330 DOTS (DT/NT)
• JUNIORS 16-17: 300 DOTS (DT/NT)
• JUNIORS 13-15: 250 DOTS (DT/NT)
• MASTERS 40-49: 300 DT/325 NT DOTS
• MASTERS 50-59: 265 DT/285 NT DOTS
• MASTERS 60+: 255 DOTS (DT/NT)

• All Juniors 13-19, Masters 50+, or any Single Lift (BPO or DLO)Registrations will be accepted without a minimum DOTs requirement (Pending Availability)

• All lifter registrations will be accepted without a minimum DOTs requirement (Pending Availability)

State AND National records may be set and broken. Please check the WRPF records database (https://records.thewrpf.com) to check records. Records with weight and no name are preset records and can be broken if the submitted attempt exceeds the preset value.
