Have you previously hosted a powerlifting event at this facility? If so, could you share some specifics?(Required)

Does your facility have competition-grade equipment? This includes equipment such as: a Monolift, competition bench, combo racks, and calibrated kilo plates. Will identical equipment be provided in the warm-up room?(Required)
